The HAPTICA® live is a specialised marketing event: It aims to arouse the interest of marketeers, buyers, creative managers from advertising agencies and promotional products distributors for the marketing discipline haptic advertising, inform them about new products and provide them with ideas for implementing the discipline in everyday marketing life.
The HAPTICA® live ’19 is scheduled to take place on March 20, 2019 at the World Conference Center Bonn and is open from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
As a visitor you have to pre-register at https://www.haptica-live.de/register
Admission is free of charge. You merely have to register in advance.
You are welcome to visit the HAPTICA® live with several people. However, you have to fill out the registration form for each guest individually, since all of the visitors receive a visitor pass bearing their name, which they have to wear during the event.
The visitor passes are sent out approx. one week before the event as a PDF to the e-mail address stated on the application form. Please print it out and bring it with you to the event.
Simply proceed to the reception area and we will print you out a new ticket.
Yes, you can also attend the HAPTICA® live without pre-registering. Simply proceed to the reception desk and our team will carry out your registration. This may however involve a little waiting time for you.
No, a separate registration is not necessary. Simply come to the stage area to attend the lectures that you are interested in.
After the HAPTICA® live, we ask the speakers for their script. Some of the speakers make these available to us, in which case you will find a link to the script on this website under the title of the lecture in the programme.
No, simply come to the stage at 4 p.m. and celebrate with the award winners – there will also be a champagne reception after the award ceremony at the stage, which you are heartily invited to attend.
The HAPTICA® live event guide will be on display all over the event and a copy is also found in the event bag, which you receive at the entrance. If you require a copy of the event guide in advance in preparation for the event, simply send us an email to email@example.com. We will be glad to send you a free copy at the end of February. Furthermore, from the beginning of March onwards, the event guide will be available online on our website.
Around 190 exhibitors await you at the HAPTICA live. A list of the exhibitors will be posted on this website from November onwards. To obtain a basic impression of the type of companies that showcase their products at the HAPTICA® live, you can also take a look at last year’s exhibitors here.
You will find a large variety of haptic promotional products, from give-aways to branded items and premiums, through to merchandising products and custom-made designs: Writing instruments, paper items, electronic gadgets, sustainable products, confectionery, cups, bags, cuddly toys, promotional textiles, wellness products, cigarette lighters, playing cards, bubbles and lots of further classics and trendy items from the haptic marketing sector.

There is a car park directly next to the WCCB (subject to a parking fee). Please enter Welckerstraße in your car navigation system as the address, at the end of this street turn left and you will see the car park to your left from the Welckerstraße.
